Australian Literacy & Numeracy Foundation (ALNF)

Australian Literacy and Numeracy Foundation

The Australian Literacy and Numeracy Foundation (ALNF) is an independent tax-deductible charity (DGR), dedicated to raising language, literacy and numeracy standards in Australia. We raise funds to provide and facilitate projects, professional assistance and direct assistance to individuals and their families.

As a National charity, the ALNF is a vehicle through which members of the community and organisations can join together to help break the cycle of poor literacy.

Beyond Empathy
Beyond Empathy

Beyond Empathy (BE) is a not for profit company that combines arts, multi-media and community cultural development to deliver sustainable and long term benefits for disadvantaged individuals, families and communities.  BE transfers skills to the (young) people we work with and the welfare workers who work with our young people. The arts enables BE to do that.

The Coca-Cola Australia Foundation is funding Beyond Empathy’s BE Connected Leadership Program which utilises arts based interventions, leadership and mentoring to break destructive cycles faced by young people who experience hardship.
