The Coca-Cola Company’s products lead the soft drink market with over 53% share of the NARTD market and 75% of the CSD.

The Auckland site first opened in November 1965.  The Auckland plant has the capacity to produce 2.5 million litres of softdrink per day.  The plant has five filling lines – three PET plastic lines each capable of producing 1.5L, 2L and 600ml bottles at an average of 260 bottles per minute, or 1200 cases per hour, one can filling line capable of producing 600 cans per minute of 1,500 trays per hour and lastly, a fountain filling line, capable of producing an average of 230 10L and 20L cartons per hour.

The production facility for the South Island is located in Christchurch and first opened in April 1973.  The facility has a production capacity of 368,000 litres per day, comprising of a PET filling line, Schweppes cordial filling line and a fountain line.

Pump and Deep Spring mineral waters are bottled at the plant in Putaruru on the North Island.  The plant uses its own pipeline directly into the Blue Spring where rain that fell over 100 years ago has been slowly filtered by nature ever since.  Every second 750 litres of mineral water flows to the surface.  The plant has the capacity to produce up to 120 bottles per minute and 50,000 bottles per day.
