CCA Indonesia is an integral part of the fabric of each community in which it operates, actively contributing to communities through both the way it does business and also through community relation's activities. From suppliers, to customers, and employees CCBI influences the lives and welfare of the Indonesian community.

CCA Indonesia generally supports activities that fall within the fields of health, education and assisting the disadvantaged. The support comes in a number of ways which can include amongst others, the provision of products to various organisations, scholarships to the underprivileged children, and the development of community libraries through the Coca-Cola Indonesia Foundation.

CCA Indonesia supports the local community in areas such as:

Within education, CCA Indonesia plans to expand its scholarship program, which provides scholarships for primary, junior and senior high school students. CCA also aim to activate local industry forums in Java and Sumatra with joint community programs.

The Micro-Enterprise Development Program

The Micro-Enterprise Development Program consists of 12 self-help groups each with 12-14 members. The program gives an opportunity to young entrepreneurs to carry out their projects and goals using the concept of banking. They receive technical assistance in group management, household economy and vocational training.  The program is aimed at the poor yet economically active groups. Priority is given to those with minimum regional wages.

The target of the program is to help beneficiaries grow their income by a minimum of 10% and improve their capability in managing sustainable business.
