Over recent months our team members have been busy ensuring that fridges are maintained, in place and fully stocked before the snow arrives. Whether by truck, foot or chairlift – beverages are chilled and ready for you.
So what does it take to ensure your beverage is available when and where you need it? We asked Melissa Logan [pictured below], People and Culture Business Partner for the NSW Sales team who participated in this year’s ‘bump-in’.
“Preparing for snow season is an exciting few months. Making sure we have the right product and the right people ready at the right time is an art.
“Dedicated team members from Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Equipment Service, Human Resources and Logistics teams across NSW all work together to make it happen, with many travelling to the Snowy Mountains to meet the truck on the mountain and help unload a delicious range of our drinks whether they are from the Coca-Cola range, Monster energy drinks or our Coors and Canadian Club beer brands.
“Throughout the season, Business Development Executives also spend one night per week in Jindabyne and going to great lengths to visit our customers in all conditions – including countless chair lift journeys. For safety, their cars are fitted out for snow conditions including emergency kits and magnetic hazard lights in case of snow storms. Our team also support theme nights and winter parties arranged by customers and share our latest flavours and favourites!”
