Diversity & inclusion

We know that the strength of our brands is supported through the strength of our people and a diverse workforce.

Moreover building capability and talent is also critical to our ongoing success.

We know that the strength of our brands is supported through the strength of our people and a diverse workforce. Moreover building capability and talent is also critical to our ongoing success.

To ensure we understand our customers, our consumers and the community, we attract, retain and develop talent that reflects the markets we operate in, and in turn deliver strong business results and returns to our shareholders.

We know that embracing inherent differences in our people will result in an inclusive workplace as an enabler for innovation, effective decision making and a more engaged and productive workforce.

By embracing an inclusive culture, our people bring their differences to work every day to deliver growth and build a stronger organization for Today and Tomorrow. We listen and take feedback from our people regularly and work together on opportunities to be better every day, further supported by our “Bapak-Ibu Committees” across our organisation.

We have tailor-made leadership programs like Female Acceleration and Empowerment (FACE) for Supervisors and Achieving Your Best Self (AYBS) for Managers to develop female talent for leadership roles. We have Female Champions and Female Warriors across our operations in Indonesia. They collaborate with Bapak-Ibu committee for several developmental and engagement initiatives focusing on females.
