Graduate Trainee Program

Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) is a structured development program for fresh graduate students for technical and behavior skills development and career growth with Amatil Indonesia.

This Program is designed to prepare them to become our future leaders with exposure to the Leadership Team, coaching opportunity with Senior Leaders and other Senior Graduate Trainee, as well as opportunity to work in our frontline roles to understand our core business.

Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) is a structured development program for fresh graduate students for technical and behavior skills development and career growth with Amatil Indonesia.

This Program is designed to prepare them to become our future leaders with exposure to the Leadership Team, coaching opportunity with Senior Leaders and other Senior Graduate Trainee, as well as opportunity to work in our frontline roles to understand our core business.  

Their development journey consists of:

  • 6 months development program as trainee
  • Placement at the end of 6 months with 1-year deployment in a role
  • Continuation of development as permanent employee

We have high expectation for Graduate Trainee Program to foster new employees after deployment to support the rapid business growth, market changing, and preparing future leaders. 

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Fresh graduate with maximum 1 year working experience
  • Active in organization or other social activities
  • Good personality
  • Good in English speaking and writing
  • Willing to travelling and be placed around Indonesia
