National Contact Centre (NCC) – CCAI Team won 8 (Eight) prestigious awards in the Best Contact Center Indonesia 2013.

National Contact Centre (NCC) – CCAI Team won 8 (Eight) prestigious awards in the Best Contact Center Indonesia 2013. The Best Contact Centre Indonesia is an annual event, organized by Indonesia Contact Centre Association (ICCA), member of APCCAL (Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders: Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippine, Thailand, South Korea, Hongkong and Taiwan). This selection process was conducted on 13 – 16 May 2013 for Corporate Category, and 20 -23 May 2013 for Individual Category. The winners were announced during ICCA Appreciation Night last Wednesday, Jun 12th, 2013.
Through tight selection process, NCC CCAI entered 5 (five) awards in corporate categories and 7 (seven) awards in individual categories and proudly announced that the team won the following awards:
