As a leading beverage company that upholds the best service for each customer, Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia (Amatil Indonesia) has made another achievement by winning 5 awards at the Contact Center World Top Ranking Performers 2020 - Asia Pacific Region (or abbreviated as CCW Asia Pacific Awards 2020) which will be held virtually on November 5, 2020.

As a leading beverage company that upholds the best service for each customer, Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia (Amatil Indonesia) has made another achievement by winning 5 awards at the Contact Center World Top Ranking Performers 2020 - Asia Pacific Region (or abbreviated as CCW Asia Pacific Awards 2020) which will be held virtually on November 5, 2020.

The CCW Asia Pacific Awards 2020 is an annual conference, established in 1999, showcasing best contact center practices across Asia Pacific. This is the first time for the Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia National Contact Center team to participate in the CCW Asia Pacific Awards 2020 side by side with companies across industries including government, public services, banking and finance, insurance, transportation, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), business processes outsourcing (BPO), and other industries spread across the Asia Pacific region.
