The natural disaster which occurred on January 9, 2021 in Cihanjuang Village, Cimanggung District, Sumedang Regency was preceded by heavy rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds resulted in a 20 meter high cliff landslide and continued along with increased rainfall so that several areas in the residential area of ​​residents in Cihanjuang Village also experienced flooding.
Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia (Amatil Indonesia) through its factory in Sumedang handed over aid to victims affected by floods and landslides in Cihanjuang Village. Submission of donations at four post points located around Cihanjuang Cimanggung Village. Aid in the form of drinking water for Ades, Nutriboost and Aquarius was directly handed over by Ardiyanto, Corporate Affairs Executive of Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia.
The donation is a form of Amatil Indonesia's commitment to support the victims affected by floods and landslides which resulted in serious damage to 25 houses, 40 victims loss, 25 people injured and as many as 654 people evacuated.
