Alison Watkins, Group Managing Director Navigation Show below Hide below

Prior to joining Coca-Cola Amatil, Alison’s roles included Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of agribusiness GrainCorp Limited, CEO of Berri Limited, the market leader in Australian juice, and Managing Director of Regional Banking at ANZ. Alison spent 10 years at McKinsey & Company from 1989-1999 and became a partner of the Firm in 1996 before moving to ANZ as Group General Manager Strategy, reporting to the CEO.  She has been a non-executive director of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, Woolworths Limited and Just Group Limited; and is a former Victorian President and National Board Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Commerce (University of Tasmania), is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and the AICD. She is a non-executive director of The Centre for Independent Studies and of the Business Council of Australia; and an Independent Panel Member of the 2018/2019 Independent Review of the Australian Public Service.

Martyn joined Coca-Cola Amatil from Woolworths Ltd, Australia’s largest retailer. In his seven years with Woolworths, Martyn held several senior executive positions including Finance Director Supermarkets, General Manager Petrol, General Manager Corporate Strategy & Business Development and Group Financial Controller & Head of Investor Relations. Prior to Woolworths, he spent 10 years in various senior financial roles within the fashion and luxury goods sector in Sydney, London, Hong Kong and Paris. After gaining a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of York, Martyn started his career with Coopers and Lybrand in the UK where he became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

Mr West joined Coca-Cola Amatil in April 2018, from Lion Pty Ltd where he was Managing Director of the Dairy and Drinks business. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Mr West has held several senior roles at Mars Confectionery and Arnott’s Biscuits Ltd including Regional President for Continental Europe for Mars Chocolate. He has a deep understanding of Australian and international FMCG, and a proven ability to work with customers and partners to drive growth and deliver results.

Betty Ivanoff, Group General Counsel Navigation Show below Hide below

 

Appointed in April 2016

Betty joined Coca-Cola Amatil as Group General Counsel in April 2016, as a member of the executive, leading the legal and company secretariat teams across Coca-Cola Amatil's markets and operations. Betty was also appointed as an additional Company Secretary in September 2016. Prior to joining Coca-Cola Amatil, Betty was the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary for GrainCorp Limited from 2008 and built the first legal and compliance team for the company, leading them through a period of vast growth and diversity, spanning many geographies. Betty previously held internal corporate counsel positions with companies including CSR Limited, Walter Constructions and Sinclair Knight Merz.

 

Betty holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney. Betty is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and Australian Corporate Counsel (ACC).

Kate joined Coca-Cola Amatil in 2014 as Human Resources Director for Australia, and became Chief Transformation Officer for Australian Beverages in December 2016. She began her career as a business graduate with Arthur Andersen in Sydney and from there, moved offshore for many years holding leadership roles in Singapore, London, New York and Zurich in companies such as Austrade, TST Learning, Credit Suisse and most recently, Amcor.

Kate is also President of International Women’s Forum in Australia, Chairman of the NSW Advisory Board for the Starlight Children’s Foundation and a Board Member of the Coca-Cola Australia Foundation. She is an accomplished, inclusive and passionate leader with significant experience in senior human resource, talent, safety, communications, innovation, culture and transformation roles.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Administration) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Chris Sullivan, Group Director, Partners and Growth Navigation Show below Hide below

Chris is Coca-Cola Amatil’s Group Director, Partners and Growth. His responsibilities include driving the strategic alignment with Amatil’s key brand partners and shaping our growth strategy. In his prior role as Chief Procurement Officer for the group, he transformed Amatil’s approach to managing its third party spend and its relationships with its key supply partners, and set up the Group Property Team.

 

Prior to joining Coca-Cola Amatil nine years ago, Chris developed his career across different continents in retail (Chrisco Hampers), FMCG (Mars) and management consulting (Coopers & Lybrand, Portland Group). He has enjoyed increasingly senior executive roles – covering procurement, logistics, manufacturing, marketing, sales and finance – underpinned by a passion for leadership and developing people.

 

Chris holds a Bachelor of International Management from the University of Bath (UK), and is a qualified management accountant (CIMA).

Debbie Nova, Chief Information Officer Navigation Show below Hide below

  

Appointed in January 2018

Debbie was appointed to the new role of Group Chief Information Officer in January 2018. Her responsibilities include directing IT strategy across the Coca-Cola Amatil Group, and leveraging innovation and new technologies to enable further business growth.

 

Debbie has more than 20 years’ experience in the Coca-Cola system, joining Coca-Cola Amatil in October 1996 during the deployment of sales and distribution systems in Indonesia. In November 2009 she joined the Indonesia Executive Team as Information Technology Director. In addition to her Information Technology role, in October 2015 Debbie was appointed to lead the HR function for Indonesia and was lead PMO for major company transformation initiatives in Indonesia. Since then, Debbie has led the introduction and implementation of IT solutions covering master data, Enterprise Resource Planning, business intelligence and mobile computing.

 

Debbie holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Trisakti University and she is a member of the iCIO Community Steering Committee in Indonesia.

Liz McNamara, Group Director, Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability Navigation Show below Hide below

Liz joined Coca-Cola Amatil in 2015 and has more than 20 years’ experience across five industries and 13 countries. She has extensive experience in strategic planning and execution, commercial issues management, corporate reputation and infrastructure. In her role at Coca-Cola Amatil, Liz leads a team of functional experts with responsibility for the Group’s corporate reputation and brand, government, community and industry engagement, internal and external communications, issues management, digital channels’ development and management, sustainability and company events.

 

Before joining Amatil, Liz was Head of Corporate Affairs for South32 Ltd - where she led the establishment of the Corporate Affairs function, and creation and definition of the corporate brand - and Head of Corporate Affairs for BHP’s Energy Coal Business. Prior to joining BHP, Liz was Deputy Director General of the NSW Ministry of Transport and held positions in project finance and advisory with Macquarie Group.

 

Liz has a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from Sydney University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kadir Gunduz, Managing Director, Indonesia & PNG Navigation Show below Hide below

Appointed in October 2013

Kadir has extensive experience with the Coca-Cola System having started his 27-plus year career with the bottler in his home country of Turkey. Most recently, as President and CEO of Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Co. based in Dubai, Kadir delivered impressive market and financial results through both expansion and organic growth in a number of markets. Previously Kadir spent almost three years with Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company in Russia as Regional Director for South and Central Russia, followed by seven years with Coca-Cola South African Bottling Company in several senior leadership positions, including Country Manager - Tanzania, Regional Manager - SWA/Cambodia & Laos, and Division Director - Asia covering Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Nepal and Sri Lanka.

Chris has 25 years’ experience with Coca-Cola Amatil. Beginning his career as a graduate, Chris held a number of sales and commercial roles before his appointment to General Manager of Sales and Marketing in 2007, a role he held until 2014. Chris has a proven track record of strong business leadership, customer management, new business acquisition and commercial planning. As Managing Director of New Zealand & Fiji, Chris has led a highly engaged workforce to deliver four years of profit growth.

 

Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Canterbury University.

Shane Richardson, Managing Director, Alcohol and Coffee Navigation Show below Hide below

Shane began his career in the beverage industry over 25 years ago and has gained significant experience in both the alcohol and non-alcohol sectors of the market. Prior to joining Coca-Cola Amatil, Shane was the Managing Director of Campari Australia where he led the business to a period of strong market and financial performance. He also held a number of senior management roles within the Fosters business and is well respected for his ability to lead high performance teams to deliver impressive results.

 

Shane holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in marketing from the University of Western Sydney and is a Director of the Drinks Association and Alcohol Beverages Australia.
