Your experience applying to a role with Coca-Cola Amatil NZ.
All our current vacancies will be advertised on our Careers Page – you can search by functions or keyword. Once you have found a position you are interested in, click on the “Apply Online” and follow the instructions. If you are a first-time visitor to our careers site, you will be required to submit your details and create a profile. Submitting an application will also require you to attach an updated CV. As part of the application process we may ask you some additional questions upfront to learn more about you in relation to the job you have applied for.
You'll receive an email immediately from us acknowledging your application. After this someone from our recruitment team will be in touch by either phone or email. Depending on the role you apply for, we have a few steps in our process to assess your suitability. We may call you to arrange a phone interview or invite you to complete a video interview! This helps us learn a lot more about your background and experience for the role.
We try to get back to you as soon as we can but please understand that for some roles, we receive a large number of applications – we work hard to review all applications as fast as possible! If you are not successful in this process, we will ensure you always receive this feedback either by phone or email. In many cases, due to high volumes, we may not be able to provide individual feedback.
You will be able to check the progress of your application at any time by logging back into the Manage My Details section of the website. You can also reset your password here if you have forgotten it.
After suitable candidates are shortlisted to the Hiring Manager, we may invite certain candidates to proceed to the next step - this will require attending a face-to-face or virtual interview. This is a chance for us to meet you and dive deeper into your experience and suitability. This is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us, and check whether we're the right fit for you! Please feel free to ask us questions.
Some roles may also require a final interview to meet further stakeholders or team members. If you are nervous about an upcoming interview, don't be! We are on hand to provide coaching and guidance, so you feel fully prepared to do your best.
Unfortunately, we can't offer the role to more than one person so in some cases your application may not be successful. If you aren't successful at this stage, we can ensure you will receive a phone call with some meaningful feedback following your interview.

Once you have completed all the aspects of our recruitment process and been identified as the successful candidate, we will give you a call to discuss an offer, including salary and possible start dates. Once we are both on the same page, you will be sent a contract that will formalise this offer! This will also include other information you’ll need on our benefits and policies.
