Hat trick Amatil at the CRM Contact Centre Awards

Coca-Cola Amatil's Coke Connect team took out three awards at the CRM Contact Centre Awards 2013 held at Auckland's SkyCity Convention Centre on Friday, 20 September.

Coca-Cola Amatil (NZ) Ltd's Coke Connect team took out three awards at the CRM Contact Centre Awards 2013 held at Auckland's SkyCity Convention Centre on Friday, 20 September.

As in previous years, the team was up against companies including DB Breweries, Lion Nathan and Nestle.

The Top Outbound Sales Rep in New Zealand award went to Mel Asefa, while two other CCANZ employees were also nominated in this category (bringing our total category nominations to three out of four).

The Inbound Sales team was also awarded second place in the Customer Service Team of the Year category, while Outbound Sales took out the Diamond Award in the Best Outbound Sales Team for Business to Business in New Zealand category for the second year running.

National Contact Centre Manager, Esther Vaiaia said: "These awards are a fantastic achievement and a testament to the hard work the team consistently put in to deliver Customer Excellence."
