L&P Snap up Four Wins at AXIS Awards

L&P collected four Bronze AXIS Awards in three different categories, Out-of-Home Posters, Transit Advertising and Out-of-Home Special Build for the jandal and towel activations that formed the “Hold onto Summer” campaign last year. This campaign which constantly pushed the boundaries was certainly A bit different aye.

This campaign which pushed the boundaries was certainly A bit different aye.

Held at SKYCITY Convention Centre in Auckland on the 12th of March both Raquel Guttenbeil, Senior Brand Manager of L&P and Leigh Moss, Head of Marketing celebrated a successful evening. At a sell-out event, 800 people across New Zealand's advertising industry came together to celebrate the best creative work from the past year.

Raquel Guttenbeil, Senior Brand Manager, says she was “pleased Saatchi and Saatchi and CCANZ could come together at the event, to recognise all of the hard work that’s been put into the campaign. AXIS recognises creativity, and thinking outside of the box so receiving these awards is a huge achievement.”

Wendy Rayner, General Manager of Marketing, said “I am incredibly proud that the team has received acknowledgement for the exceptional work and results on L&P”.

Going forward Raquel has some big plans for 2015 saying, “We’re going to see a bit of a step change for the brand as we continue to embed ‘bit different aye’. Naturally, maintaining our innovate and creative approach will be key so fingers crossed we will take home gold next year.”
