Coke New Zealand has gone pink to raise awareness for Breast Cancer with our senior leaders cooking up a healthy breakfast for staff at The Oasis in Auckland.

Raising more than one-thousand dollars for the Pink Ribbon Foundation the breakfast featured appearances from MD Chris Litchfield plus other members of our Pacific Leadership Team, donning aprons and whipping up some yummy treats, raising funds and awareness for The New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation.

Chris says, “It never ceases to amaze me how community minded the Coke New Zealand team is, particularly when it comes to raising much needed funds for some of our Nation’s most worthy charities. Already this year we have supported the Red Cross, Youth Line and Ronald McDonald House. Hundreds of staff (and their families) generously donating their time, and money, which makes me very proud.”

The menu featured Zico Banana Berry Smoothie, Muffin & Scone Stand (a selection of freshly baked muffins & scones), Cheddar, Tomato & Fresh Basil toasted Turkish Bread, Granola & Greek Yoghurt Cup and Grinders Coffee & Tea.

Louisa Buchanan, Head of Talent and Recruitment, says the smoothie was her favourite, “It was so easy to make. Just take one 330ml bottle of Zico Coconut Water add 330ml of Almond milk, 3 bananas, 1 cup of blueberries and some ice. Delicious-o!(sic)”

Pink Ribbon Breakfasts will be rolling out across the country this month, for more info you can visit the website.
