Prior to joining Coca-Cola Amatil, Alison’s roles included Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of agribusiness GrainCorp Limited, CEO of Berri Limited, the market leader in Australian juice, and Managing Director of Regional Banking at ANZ. Alison spent 10 years at McKinsey & Company from 1989-1999 and became a partner of the Firm in 1996 before moving to ANZ as Group General Manager Strategy, reporting to the CEO.  Alison has been a non-executive director of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, Woolworths Limited and Just Group Limited.  She is a former Victorian President and National Board Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Commerce (University of Tasmania), is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and the AICD. Alison is a non-executive director of The Centre for Independent Studies.

Martyn joined Coca-Cola Amatil from Woolworths Ltd, Australia’s largest retailer. In his seven years with Woolworths, Martyn held several senior executive positions including Finance Director Supermarkets, General Manager Petrol, General Manager Corporate Strategy & Business Development and Group Financial Controller & Head of Investor Relations. Prior to Woolworths, he spent 10 years in various senior financial roles within the fashion and luxury goods sector in Sydney, London, Hong Kong and Paris. After gaining a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of York, Martyn started his career with Coopers and Lybrand in the UK where he became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

With almost 30 years of experience in The Coca-Cola System, Libbi joined Coca-Cola Amatil in 2012 from Northern Ireland having held a number of senior Sales and Human Resources (HR) roles across Europe. Immediately prior to joining Coca-Cola Amatil, Libbi was Regional HR Director for Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC), Libbi was a key contributor to the development of the Group People & Human Resources Strategy and partnered with the Regional Director to deliver competitive advantage through people across a diverse range of Coke franchise territories in Europe. Libbi also had responsibility for the design and execution of the Group Labour Relations strategy and was chair of the Hellenic European Works Council. Libbi started her career in Sales and holds a BA in Business and post graduate qualifications in Marketing and Sales Management from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK.

Betty joined Coca-Cola Amatil as Group General Counsel in April 2016, as a member of the executive, leading the legal and company secretariat teams across Coca-Cola Amatil’s markets and operations. Prior to joining Coca-Cola Amatil, Betty was the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary for GrainCorp Limited from 2008 and built the first legal and compliance team for the company, leading them through a period of vast growth and diversity, spanning many geographies. Betty previously held internal corporate counsel positions with companies including CSR Limited, Walter Constructions and Sinclair Knight Merz. Betty is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and Australian Corporate Counsel (ACC).

Chris is Coca-Cola Amatil’s Group Director, Partners and Growth.  His responsibilities include driving the full strategic alignment with Amatil’s key partners, shaping our long term approach to innovation, and promoting a customer-oriented mindset.  In his prior role as Chief Procurement Officer, he transformed Amatil’s approach to managing its third party spend and its key supply partners, and created the Group Property Team.

Before joining Coca-Cola Amatil nine years ago, Chris developed his career across different continents in retail (Chrisco Hampers), FMCG (Mars) and consulting (Coopers & Lybrand, Portland Group). He has enjoyed increasingly senior executive roles – covering supply chain (procurement, commodity trading, manufacturing, quality, transformation), sales and marketing (brand manager) and finance (qualified management accountant) – underpinned by a passion for leadership and developing people.

Peter has 26 years’ experience in the beverages industry, in Australia, Latin America and South Africa. He is respected throughout the industry for his fact-based consumer-driven approach, his leadership in category development, sales and IT, and for his ability to build and motivate high performance teams. Peter’s previous roles include Marketing Director and Director of Strategy and Capability for Carlton United Breweries, CEO of the Pacific Beverages joint venture with SABMiller, Senior Vice President for Sales and Distribution for SABMiller Latin America, and Chief Information Officer for South African Breweries. His most recent role at Amatil has been Human Resources Director, Australian Beverages.

Shane began his career in the beverage industry over 23 years ago and has gained significant experience in both the alcoholic and non-alcoholic sectors of the market. Prior to joining Coca-Cola Amatil, Shane was the Managing Director of Campari Australia where he led the business to a period of strong market and financial performance. He also held a number of senior management roles within the Fosters business and is well respected for his ability to lead high performance teams to deliver impressive results. Shane holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing.

Kadir has had extensive experience with the Coca-Cola System having started his 25-plus year career with the bottler in his home country of Turkey. Most recently, as President and CEO of Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Co. based in Dubai, Kadir delivered impressive market and financial results through both expansion and organic growth in a number of markets. Previously Kadir spent almost three years with Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC) in Russia, followed by six years with Coca-Cola South African Bottling Company (SABCO) in several senior leadership positions, including General Manager, Tanzania, Regional Manager, SWA/Cambodia & Laos, and Division Director, Asia.

Chris has 22 years’ experience within Coca-Cola Amatil beginning his career as part of a graduate program after completing his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Economics. Chris went on to successfully work his way up through a number key sales and commercial roles before becoming the General Manager of Sales and Marketing, a role he held from 2007-2014. Chris has a proven track record of strong customer management, new business acquisition and commercial planning and recently progressed through to his current role as Managing Director, New Zealand & Fiji.
