Recognizing Years of Service at CCEP

We are committed to fostering employee engagement and taking the time to honor and celebrate significant milestones. Among these, one event holds great importance to us: recognizing the years of service of our dedicated employees.

Every year, we take the opportunity to acknowledge and reward our employees for their unwavering commitment, celebrating their milestones in increments of five years. This year, we had the honor of celebrating a remarkable 1,055 years of service collectively, contributed by employees from various departments across our PNG business.

We are not only proud of their accomplishments but incredibly grateful that they have chosen Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PNG (CCEP PNG) as the place to grow and develop their careers. During the awards ceremonies, our Sales and Commercial Director, Tim Solly, addressed the recipients, emphasizing their vital role in the success of our beloved beverage brands.

He expressed profound appreciation saying, "Your loyalty and support have been instrumental in our journey. You are our most valuable assets, and as we recognize your outstanding contributions, we mustn't forget the integral role that your families play in your achievements. They are an extension of our business, and their support has been crucial in our growth as one CCEP PNG."

These momentous celebrations took place across all four regional centers of Lae, Mt. Hagen, Port Moresby, and Kokopo, where joy and camaraderie filled the atmosphere.
